In order to celebrate his career of 40 years, François Faucher chose to present a retrospective of his creations which relate to « vibrationnisme » (vibrations) and its evolution. Each canvas describes the progress of this style and is accompanied by a descriptive text on Styrofoam. The themes presented vary from sceneries to abstraction. After a journey punctuated by milestones, his paintings are now richer, brighter and warmer in colors.
This exhibit comprises about twenty of his creations.
François Faucher was born in Thetford Mines in 1959. In 1983 he created a very particular style which he named « Vibrationnisme ».
